Return and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes size adjustments are needed, or something doesn't work out. In those case, please follow the below Return policy below.

1. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact customer service at sales@thegalsscameo.com to request a return within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

• Provide order number and shipping zip code, reason for return, (size, style, or color not as described) 
• Provide digital images of damage due to shipping or defective item.
• Indicate if you would like a full refund or exchange.

       2.    A return authorization will be issued along with a return shipping label.

• Return must be shipped within 3 business days of return authorization.

       3.   Refund will be issued for unworn product accompanied by original packaging and tags.

• Product that shows obvious signs of wear or damage due to purchaser will receive in store credit equal to item value less shipping costs.
• Refunds may take 7-21 business days to appear in the account used to make the purchase. (Depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

      4.    Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of return. 

• Tracking information will be sent out once shipment is confirmed.
